Could not recommend more!! 5 stars doesn’t do Simon and his team justice. For those wanting to go it alone and keep the experience a surprise, Simon’s your man!. From day 1 I knew I was in the right hands. I knew absolutely NOTHING about jewellery/ diamonds/ rings & style but with the right education and guidance we landed on the perfect ring & style for my GF. While visiting his shop for the first time felt a little different, his service from the moment I entered was truly First Class. My engagement ring and our wedding bands were made by Simon and his wonderful team which we are so grateful for. They are stunning! Simon's service is always 5 stars and we love our visits to see him. We're sad it's over...for now. I would love an eternity ring just so we can work with Simon again! After visiting 9 different jewellers we decided to choose Simon West to design and make our engagement ring. From our first visit Simon was patient, professional, calm and knowledgeable. We loved that the ring was handmade, personalised and high quality. Having been put off by other jewellers approaches it was refreshing when we had our first consultation with Simon.

He sketched exactly what I was after for my engagement and wedding ring and when we saw the finished product it was EXACTLY what I wanted and more. We had our wedding bands made by Simon West and are absolutely amazed with how good they are. The service by Sophie was incredible and really took her time with us to make sure we would get the perfect rings for us. Both Sophie and Simon went above and beyond and always made us feel so welcomed whenever we visited them.
